Every new client enters into a 12-week cornerstone program, allowing time for a deep dive into their lifestyle and health goals. This creates the most impactful start for their longevity plan. 

Elite concierge plans are personalized after the initial cornerstone program has been completed. 

Every individual or couple has different goals and ideas for what constitutes health and wellbeing. OlaVida provides a customized experience for both individuals and couples to meet them where they are and support them to build habits and create strategies to optimize longevity and maximize healthspan. We combine evidence-based principles with strategic coaching to create a roadmap tailored to you.
