FAQs
OlaVida is a women’s hormone health and vitality practice founded by Jessica Asherin, PA-C. We support women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife through a thoughtful combination of clinical care, comprehensive lab testing, and personalized coaching.
Rather than looking at symptoms or lifestyle in isolation, we bring everything together to help you understand what is happening in your body and create a plan that fits your life.
Traditional medical visits are often brief and focused on one symptom at a time. At OlaVida, we take a more comprehensive approach by looking at your hormones, metabolism, medical history, lifestyle, lab results, and body composition together.
Ongoing coaching also provides support between appointments, so you are not left to navigate changes on your own.
OlaVida is designed for women who want to:
- Better understand and support hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause
- Improve energy, sleep, metabolism, and stress management
- Determine whether hormone therapy or other treatment options may be right for them
- Build sustainable, evidence-based habits that support long-term health and vitality
Follow-up visits and coaching are currently available virtually while we prepare to open our permanent location in downtown Littleton this fall. Initial intake visits are completed in person.
Once the Littleton location opens, additional in-person services—including personal training, InBody scans, and MoveWell—will also be available there.
Our downtown Littleton location is expected to open in fall 2026. Founding Members who enroll before the opening will transition seamlessly into the new space.
Yes. Follow-up visits and one-on-one coaching are available in person or virtually, depending on your membership tier and personal preference.
Women outside Colorado can join OlaVidaCIRCLE, our online educational membership launching October 1. Join the waitlist to be notified when enrollment opens.
What is the difference between Essential, Premier, and Elite?
Every membership tier includes a comprehensive intake, personalized lab testing, an InBody body composition scan, one-on-one coaching, and access to our private online community, OlaVidaCIRCLE.
The primary differences are the frequency of support and the level of member savings:
- Essential includes quarterly medical follow-ups and monthly coaching, and 5% savings on labs, medications and retail products.
- Premier includes medical follow-ups every other month, coaching every other week, and 10% savings on labs, medications, and retail products.
- Elite includes monthly medical follow-ups, weekly coaching, 20% savings, quarterly VIP member dinners, and twice-weekly small-group strength-training sessions once the Littleton location opens.
Your initial enrollment includes a six-month commitment. During that period, you may upgrade to a higher membership tier if you would like additional support. However, you may not move to a lower tier until your initial six-month commitment is complete.
The Founding Members Program is a limited private-launch opportunity available before OlaVida opens its downtown Littleton location.
Founding Members receive exclusive pricing, full clinical and coaching benefits, priority access, and 20% off regular membership pricing for three years from their enrollment date. Elite Founding Members will also receive complimentary small-group personal training once the Littleton location opens.
Enrollment is limited to the first 50 women so we can provide a highly personalized experience.
Your intake is a comprehensive, in-person assessment. Jess will review your hormones, metabolism, medical history, lifestyle, symptoms, nutrition, stress, and sleep to develop a plan tailored specifically to you—not a generic protocol.
She will also order a comprehensive lab panel that goes beyond standard bloodwork, and you will complete your first InBody body composition scan.
Follow-up appointments allow us to track your progress, review symptoms, evaluate new lab results and body composition changes, and refine your plan as your body, needs, and goals evolve.
Coaching provides practical support between your medical visits. Sessions may cover nutrition, movement, stress management, mindset, and creating routines that are realistic and sustainable.
It is consistent, personalized support designed to help you put your plan into practice—not simply advice delivered during an occasional appointment.
An InBody scan measures muscle mass, body fat, and other important markers that a standard scale cannot show.
Because preserving muscle is both critical and often overlooked during midlife, these scans give us an objective way to monitor meaningful changes in your body over time.
Yes. Jess is a licensed Physician Assistant, and OlaVida provides clinical care within her scope of practice. This may include comprehensive lab testing, hormone therapy, and other treatment options when appropriate.
OlaVida is not lifestyle coaching alone. It combines medical care with the ongoing support that traditional appointments often do not have time to provide.
OlaVida focuses specifically on hormone health, metabolism, and midlife vitality. We recommend maintaining a relationship with your primary care provider for care outside this scope, and we are happy to coordinate with them as part of your overall healthcare plan.
OlaVida Health does not accept or bill insurance for its services. However, you may choose to use your insurance coverage for eligible labs and medications, depending on your individual plan.
Not necessarily. Whether HRT is appropriate for you depends on your symptoms, lab results, medical history, and individual goals.
If HRT or another medication is right for you, every membership tier includes member savings. Nothing is prescribed until Jess has reviewed your complete clinical picture.
